carnut222 I do have a new one I've had for a few years - been debating about whether I should use or not. TBH I couldn't be asked to put it in and mess with having to do the valve clearances etc. What are they worth and how much better are they than the standard cam? Hmm...money talks! :)

ALVO360 Tried to contact ash but was unsuccessful. The ipd cam should be all I need. I do have an A cam here but didn't want to go to the effort swapping it in just to swap it out with something more aggressive later.
