V70 space saver carpet

I just got a 16'' alloy wheel from voldat for my P2 V70T5 to replace the space saver wheel but when i went to put the carpet back in with the new wheel in, the carpet doesn't go back in properly it sits about 70mm too high, do i need carpet from a V70 that has a standard spare wheel not a space saver?

When you say 'carpet' is this the flip up carpeted board?

Also, does your car have the plastic tray in-between the spare wheel and carpeted board?

yes it is the flip up carpeted board,

my car has no plastic tray in-between the spare wheel and carpeted board,

IIRC, the back cargo area is pretty much the same across the P2 cars (except for cars with NAV)
There's not much room in the wheel wheel (about 200-250 mm deep) - even less if you have the plastic tray or 7 seat option.

If your wheel has a wider tyre, then you're outta luck.

Can you post a pic of the wheel in situ?
