Philia_Bear What was the difference in the pump thickness in the end? This is what I got on the t6 unit
Jamest5r_ Philia_Bear What was the difference in the pump thickness in the end? This is what I got on the t6 unit Just measured it and the standard one is actually slightly thicker, however there are less cogs on the T6 one so wider gaps compared to standard so I guess it pushes more volume
Jamest5r_ Shuffled the axle stands around and got the rear subframe bushes fitted, another job ticked of the long list.
rado Jamest5r_ Finally got the top rings I needed, so pistons fitted and head on, progress at last. https://cdn.ozvolvo.org/uploads/487/ZWYZFLOH4NDE.jpghttps://cdn.ozvolvo.org/uploads/061/Q2FLD1RYKNS3.jpghttps://cdn.ozvolvo.org/uploads/086/E5644SMC8AFW.jpgMmmmm shiny , looking cool there
Jamest5r_ More progress after work today, don't think I have enough pink shit left to do the cam cover so I'll have to get ripped off for another 90 odd bucks at volvo.

Jamest5r_ Philia_Bear For QLD.... amazed your willing to run without airconIt was removed when I lived in the UK and moving to Australia wasn't on the agenda lol, I've had the car 15yrs and was removed a long time ago and can't be retro fitted unfortunately
Jamest5r_ Off the stand at last, been too busy with work to get anything done lately, just to fit the rms, clutch and gearbox and then throw the bitch back in.
Jamest5r_ Big step today, all back in just need to wire and plumb, thanks to Johan for his help manhandling it in.
Jamest5r_ Well that's that done then apart from the top of the downpipe. Just got to pick up a K&N filter in the morning to get rid of that cheap one I had lying around for fitment purposes.
