Hi @IGG . We've sold the car now. Volvo know it's an issue, but don't really want to deal with it. After numerous complaints and driving the car with their head mechanic, they acknowledged that it was an issue. The head mechanic agreed it wasn't ideal. The dealership received approval from Volvo to add "Polestar" tuning to the car for free. This helped, but it didn't eliminate the issue. They also entirely replaced the drivetrain under warranty - which they wouldn't have done if it wasn't a genuine issue. Again, that didn't eliminate the issue. I'd at a minimum demand Polestar tuning as it knocked the revs up across all driving modes, which helped with the low end vibration. I just got used to it in the end. Major problem with their cars in my opinion.
