Looking to turbo my 91 240 lh2.4

Already have an high impedance orange injectors (315cc) and an EZK from a 1995 940 (gold box), so I would like to find these parts to match

940T ECU

90s manifold

Turbo (15g or 15c?)

Intercooler + piping

Also interested to know what people have done for fuel pumps and turbo pressure regulation?

Standard fuel pumps are ok

Standard fuel pressure regulator is ok (providing it's a 3 bar one)

Is there much of a difference in the turbo pumps over the NA ones ?

I'm doing a turbo swap myself and have both the fuel pumps out of the turbo donor car to swap over if need be .. interested to know if there's much of a difference / how well the NA pumps would hold up to a turbo

Not really, especially when you're at stock boost and horsepowers

If your intention is to go further, then an upgrade would be a good idea. But that's only if you're running lean due to low delivery (engine is needing more fuel than the pumps supply) you will need a wideband sensor to measure the mixtures

Sweet I'll prob run 10 psi max and I'll have a wideband to see what's going on guess I'll just play it by ear and see how it runs

Cheap yes in the way of using stocks parts, but reliability is definetly a concern if it suffers.

Standard fuel pressure regulator on a B230FT fuel rail is the same as on B234F.

Fuel pump? Can't go past a new Bosch 025 external pump, which is OE for the B230FT. Not cheap, but relatively cheap insurance for reliability. It flows 120 to 200 litres per hour at 3 bar, and 1000 to 1620 cc per 30 seconds according to the Bosch data sheets.

ECU to match EZK? Try Turbobricks if unsuccessful here, the USA had thousands more of them than OZ.
