WTB - 850 manual pedal assembly

Hi guys I'm chasing a 850 manual clutch and brake pedal setup.

The x70 set I have will not fit my 850 without some modifying which I would rather not do.

Anyone help me out?

Where are you?, GLT in Brisbane has some breaker car's outside that you can help yourself to bits in exchange for cash ?

I have managed to slightly modify the x70 setup and have it installed with everything working as it should.

Sorry to revive old thread, but will S70 or V70 clutch pedal fit onto the 850 pedal box bracket? Still chasing up parts for 850 manual conversion.

They were different, I have the V70 brake and clutch pedal and return spring, modified using a longer bolt and a spacer cut from some delrin.

I'll pop my head under the dash when I can and add a photo here

Hey guys! I'd like to revive this thread. I just bought a complete swap from a 1998 S70 T5. It has all its parts, nothing has been removed, but reading on, I saw that the pedal assembly isn't the same as my 1997 850 T5. Still, can the S70 peda assembly be adapted? Could you please leave some photos! Thanks a lot, and greetings from Chile!

Hi there,I recently used a V70 manual donor car for my sons 850 manual swap. I think that would still be relevant?

I used a longer threaded rod with nylon nuts(or a longer bolt), to go through the V70 clutch pedal into the 850 hanger. It needed a short bush made, I used steel, to fill in the gap between hanger as the clutch pedal mount is narrower than 850 hanger.

I cut off the small brake pedal off manual V70 arm, then welded it on to the 850 arm after removing the large auto brake pedal pad off the 850.

I didn't put a return spring back in as its a totally different set up, it works fine.

I'll try and get my son to get some photos when I see him next. Still needs a retune as idle is a touch high,we removed automatic control module and wired the reverse light switch in and the park neutral switch bypass.

Seems to be running great so far and quite doable with Robert DIY videos and a decent garage space.
