@Samman88 dropped off the 740T parts car today, defiantly happy with this since it has a lot of tidy black interior parts in it. I started to remove some of the interior earlier. Things will be pretty busy soon with stripping parts cars, there's the red 240, this 740 and the two 360s to part out soon. Then I'm meant to be getting a 264 parts car.

One of a few recent purchases has arrived, a 1973 164. It's a pretty unusual car, It's one of the ones that was bought in Sweden but bulit for the Australian market, so the owner could drive it around Europe til it was old enough to bring it here without the luxury car tax. It's 111 blue metallic which I don't think was available here, most 164s here were solid colour. It has a factory sunroof, black leather interior and a GT steering wheel, it was fully resprayed and never put back on the road.

I got a parts car for it today, very rusty but it has a rebulit engine and lots of accessories.

Very nice, Will you build a good one from all the nice parts?

That's pretty much the plan, the blue one will get resprayed and the engine from the red one will go in along with an M410 I have. The dash and cluster and so on will all go in the blue one with retrimmed seats. I have a set of Mill Accessory Group wheels for it.

I love the dash , a simpler time but all the luxury you need.

Just noticing that it has blue carpet...is that original with the orange (or red?) exterior? Seems to be an odd combination! Appears to have black seats and door cards?

I'm pretty sure it is original, they often had blue or red carpet. This one is red with black leather and blue carpet, it seems a bit odd they didn't use red carpet. Angus said he has seen an Identical one but with red carpet. The blue car has black leather with blue carpet as well.

Bought this 2008 XC70 D5 today, it's been very well looked after but it needs engine work. It has a lot of options, front parking sensors, mudflaps, xenon headlights, power tailgate, cargo cover, boot mat etc. It will be for sale soon if anyone is looking for one

I made a 2.5" stainless exhuast for the 740Turbo, I still need to sort out the hangers but it sounds a lot nicer than before. I used an 850R cat, some small stainless muffers I had laying around from an Audi S8 and some stainless mandrel bends.

I’m still slowly making progress, this 245 is going off to scrap which clears up a bit of space.

I bought this 240 from Melbourne a little while ago, 1989 model with an M47. It had the worst water pump I’ve seen, it was making a pretty horrific noise, I’ll post a photo when I replace it. It needs a clutch and a few other things, I was hoping it would be easy to sell being a late manual wagon, I parked it in the front yard and the next morning there was a card on the gate from someone wanting to buy it.

Not much left of that 245 you sent to scrap! :)

I couldn’t think of much else to remove, I cut the scuttle panel out for 262C repairs.

Here are some photos of a set of pegasus wheels I recently restored for a local S60R, I should have taken more photos.
