For anything Ford you want BA through to FG XR8 or turbo 6 (incl. Territory). The Barra 6 turbo and LPI (same bottom end) are the beasts.
Show me what Aussie cars would make Yanks jealous.
Maybe an older than 96 V8 ite with the turbo 6 swap,it would be allowed here so maybe it could pass.
96 anything barra and just swap it to turbo after importation to USA
RB30T engined Commo (BT1 spec) might be of interest - but wouldn't be cheap...

Yeah, needs to be common cheap to make it worth the hassle.
Maybe it would just be better for me to buy a front cut from a typhoon and find something locally to drop it in.
I have a line on a eunos Cosmo with a 13b. I could sell the 13b and trans and swap in the i6T in it's place. Would be pretty killer AND trigger all of the rotary guys
Got a friend in Canada? 15 year rule for there IIRC....

Yeah, but I can't get a complete vehicle in until it's 25. If I have to buy a front cut I might as well get it straight from the Kangaroos mouth. I would be ALL OVER one of the Falcon's if I could drive it legally here.
Right now I'm looking for flippies! Gotta fund my current build!

I have a '67 Mustang coupe that would be a perfect roller for an i6T. Plemty of room and will likely bolt right up to the stock atx since it appears to have the same bolt pattern as the 289/302/351 that you guys also use.
Would have to invest heavily in suspension and brake upgrades to accommodate.
A Crown Vic or Lincoln Town Car conversion!
