The only worthwhile one is the expensive one.
The standard one in an R manual is worthless.
Best bet is sticky tyres , but then,I ran semi track tyres on the front of my R and still not great,it's a function of rubbish ratio spread and overpowered inner wheel in a turn , my R was standard too.....
Best bang I got was an awd v70R , I'd recommend the awd conversion and big power upgrade.
The 6speed gearbox has a better spread of ratios if you find one to swap in.
