Dauntless What year and model? Early 740s can take 14" wheels, I'm fairly sure later models and turbos need 15" for brake clearance.
Angus242164 A '90 740 non turbo should have the same larger brakes as 940's, and will need 15" rims or bigger to clear the calipers.240 Virgo alloys also won't fit as there are strengthening ribs on the spokes that hit the calipers.
