Drive shaft boot replacement

Anyone help with advise on how to separate. There is no obvious cir-clip. Have tried hitting with hammer with no success

The edges are burred over you need to file them down to get the tripod out of the housing

fit it from the other end of the shaft

What @timbo said. I just did this a month ago on my C30. I used one of these things on my Dremel tool to file down the material.

See where I’ve circled in 2 places...that’s where you need to file back on each segment to allow the wheel to come out.
