Idlehand Yeah, been trying to find stuff on the online shops for the XR5, but the AWD bit is hindering me on the exhaust for sure, i'll look more into that route anyway, cheers!
timbo Elevate make them for the awd but $$$. If you are going to go to the trouble of modding a fwd xr5 system then definitely get the downpipe not just catback.
240 Assuming that intake just goes up to the MAF - it would probably be worth getting the intake pipe that goes between the MAF and turbo as well.Do88 or Snabb are good options for that piece.

Idlehand Ex850R Pictures please! We love em!Will do tomorrow mate, only snag is; the kit seems VERY biased towards the ford rather than being 50/50 volvo/ford or purely for manual/FWD models. Mine is an auto AWD so re-locating the ECU is proving a challenge because of the extra bits in that part of the engine bay.....😫
