It is a Volvo Genuine Classic part so technically you should be able to order it from an Aussie Volvo dealer (but be prepared to pay for it LOL - unless somebody on here can get them wholesale through a dealer for you...)
They are about $60USD each at ipd or 411kr ($62AUD) from GCP...both plus shipping. US dealer list price is about $65USD FWIW. Would be interesting to see what Aussie dealer wants for them??? Maybe @iceton1975 can get them cheaper via his contacts?
