For those particular parts, yes.
Electrical and FI components in Volvos are common in some other Euro cars. e.g. the B20s share the same dizzy as VW Beetles; there's also K-Jet components from B21s that are shared on BMWs and Mercs; some of the old D-Jet stuff was used on old Porsches, etc.
However the distributor cap and rotor I'm after for this B280F V6 engine isn't used on other Volvo V6s used in 260s, in OZ it's used only in latter model 760 GLEs. And in my 780, which is what they're for.
