I have a set of mid brown 164E door cards in very good shape that might go well with such a setup. No pics yet but can get some tomorrow.

The '74 164 door trims I have will fit all '74-'77 100/200 series doors.
'73 and earlier trims don't fit cars from after '73, due to the quarter windows.
