Towbar includes all bolts and the plug-in harness with all wiring. This is branded Volvo. I don't have the towball section itself, sorry. They can be bought at Supercheap Auto. What you see is included in this sale.
If you think the price is cheap then great...buy it! If you think it is expensive well that is fine too....I tow once or twice a year and I am more than happy to hold onto the towbar so happy to keep it, or borrow a ute a couple times a year if I sell it!
