WANTED B230 Oil pressure sensor
They are an M14 thread, I have some but will need to check whether they are at home or at my parents place.

I've got a B23 NPT sensor atm with an adaptor to M14, and I believe I'm having trouble with electrical continuity. Trouble is this is the sensor for the VDO accessory oil pressure gauge. So will have to figure something out to send some signal to the accessory gauge.

If you have the 5-bar gauge, I believe this is the VDO sender you want.

VDO part number is 360-028. Available online through a number of sources in USA...probably available special order from AUS VDO dealers as well.

Thanks Angus but I think I'll go with Greg's option. It would be the cleanest way of going about it.
I've had a look and vdo don't offer that sender with spade terminals. Bit of a bugger but oh well...

If you really want spade terminals on the wires, you should be able to find some of the spade terminals with rings on them similar to what you might see on an ignition coil. Otherwise just cut off the spade terminals on your existing wiring and crimp on ring terminals. Easy as.jlfents;c-157154 wroteThanks Angus but I think I'll go with Greg's option. No worries, I had a quick look at home today and didn't find one here. That looks like a good solution, I have adaptors from M14 to 1/8" NPT, I didn't previously realise you could get that type of sender with the M14 thread.
