Clean silver 740 turbo sedan chassis with ~160ks on it.
Non-vvti 1JZ engine with ~160ks sitting on custom mounts, looks factory.
R154 gearbox on custom crossmember, shifter position is good.
Car runs and drives well, could use more of an exhaust.
Wiring needs a tidy up as it is a mixture of the JZX90 engine loom and 740 body loom.
My mate bought the car a few years ago and kept it regoed. Body was rough so he swapped the engine and driveline into a mint silver 740 turbo sedan that was unregistered. As it sits now it isn't engineered but I think it easily could be with an exhaust - the engine is stock and so is all the intake system and the mounts are legit.
That aside, this is a very fun car to drive - it's a smooth inline 6 that really brings the 740 chassis to life and completely changes the feel of the car. Torque is good and it is well geared.
