Uh oh, look what showed up this morning. Thanks to @ds245 I now have another project for the back burner in case I ever run out of things to do. Tentative plan is to get it going using bits from the 87 240GL (AKA the paddock basher...MKI). Once I’ve had a chance to look it over and assess the nature and quantity of rust, I’ll decide what to do with it (whether a resto is worthwhile or to pass it on etc)...basically this is a place-holder thread as I don’t think I’ll be starting on it too soon.

Anyone need a roo bar?

The peeps that do the charity bash events in 240s could use it.
I had dibbs on one ages ago, let it go to a charity event guy, similar to this one too iirc.

If you see too much rust Les can have the 245L!

If anyone can save it you can Greg. Its the wrong style for my 93 wagon, but I would love to have a roo bar on a 240!
