fluid change about 2500km ago, no change post fluid change.

thanks, when the oil heats up it thumps changing down to second and sometimes into first gear

Yep thanks that's all I needed to know, I'm limited with the current spare, having to wait for a replacement tyre because my current tyres are brand new and the manufacturer didn't have any in stock so my mechanic couldn't get one until Friday so in future I can have a spare at hand and carry the wheelbarrow around to get…

Thanks Tim, no just that reoccurring intermittent p0190 at the moment, so its just the rail pressure sensor? and where do i find it at the fuel tank or engine bay?

Yep cold start and it gets better as it reaches operating temperature,it sounds NOT as bad as a cold diesel rattle

5w40 nulon, oil is 600km old, it was doing the same before i changed the oil, i did see on a forum that its pretty common.
