timbo Do you have a large bit of pipe/bar stock that you can fit over the breaker bar handle to give you a bit more leverage? Or is the engine moving as you try to undo the bolts?
VolvoHordz Also use a 6 point socket. 12 point will generally work in a pinch but I've rounded off the head of a couple in the past. If you try and use a cheap socket don't be suprised if it breaks. So yeah, they can be pretty tight. As Tim said though, increase your leverage and it will make it a lot easier.
DarylGama Did this today, snapped a no name 1/2" drive extension. need a long reach 14mm 8 point socket. man they are tight.
