Hi all, 2012 C30 TR5, 47k, MTE Stage 1 tune, lovely car most of the time. Never been impressed with the brakes but adjusted my driving to compensate. However, today braking at slow speed, the front brakes made a bubbling, gurgling sound. Car stopped fine. No pull to the side. Braked again at slightly higher speed. Same sound, not as loud. After that no more sound on braking. What do you think is happening? Empty cardboard box flew off a truck in front of me this morning and went under the car. Was trapped there making noise for about 30 seconds until I found a place to pull over and get rid of it. Maybe caused damage? Maybe brake lines are failing?

Probobly just some dirt or debris on the rotors
The stock brakes on a c30 are really good but always feel a bit soft and spongy
If they don't stop all that great then swapping rotors and pads will make a significant difference
Also some better than stock brake lines
@AshDVS Can assist and is somewhat local to you
Personally I've been very happy with price 2 result of hel lines from ash
Dba t2 rotors and Euro+ pads from bursons (or equivilent)
