I have a wonderful glorious piece of sh1t, Renault 12. One of the early ones with a single throat Solex, 8.5:1 compression, but thats ok! As I'm slowly adding the fun bits to it, to make it a chuckle.

I have "big" brakes from a Renault 17TS (the fast one) to go one, have a source for sway bars (K-Mac still have the moulds), some stupid 3 stud wheels that will take some 888r's (13x6) and specs on the 12 Gordini suspension (spring rates valve rates etc etc) to make it a go fast replica.
Figured I'd start there and see if it is any chop before going to mental.
Anyway It's going for a blue-slip tomorrow with mind to hook it up on the "CVS" (modified historic) rego you chaps have here in NSW. I.e I can put a bucket, rear half cage (once specified it's a 2 seater etc etc) whilst I understand if it ended up on the "HVS" all that fun sh1t would be a no no.
Which brings me to the point, I want a racing seat maaan.
I've seen some of you gloating about getting fibreglass seats for $100. I want in on this. :bleep_bloop:
I nearly went and snuk coin on this;
