It'll have a few sets of various things in there. Likely to be various EBC pads (Blacks, Greens, maybe Reds), a couple of Textar variants, some ATE pads and maybe some Lucas stuff.
All should have minimal use and were left over from some back-to-back stuff we were doing a long time ago.
I expect it'll all be 240, 740 and maybe some P1 x70 stuff.
I'll go through it and make some clearer notes.
DVS are now doing Project Mu brakes too, so the V70 will get a set of Project Mu pads in the next couple of weeks. Theres no need for me to keep any of the boxes contents.
I bags the x70 pads if any and will pass the box on to whomever?
Brake boosters to have rebuilt in the event of another failure, engine mounts, manual specific parts.
If there was something somewhat hard to coming by that may potentially let me down, I would normally have 2 of them.
Other stuff is leftovers from testing (ala pads, etc), I had/have multiple sets of calipers so one set could be rebuild while another was on the car and then swapped over, etc, etc.
Before we built our place where we are now, we lived in a couple of other places, so parts were boxed up for moves and then stored.
Other than my stash in Geelong, there are some parts in Melbourne (these need some further sorting/disposing of).
The 240 I had was one of the last projects I really did with my Dad - when started, I'd not long finished university, was in my first 'real job' and had moved back to my parents home.
So, as a result, there are a few boxes of parts there too.
While I had this car, my girlfriend (now my wife) also had a pretty good '85 240GLE and my Dad had a really good 1993 240 wagon which we used a lot with non-coilover spring testing, etc, etc.
I've had 3 240s since about 1997 or so as well.
So, the more boxes I open the more I find - this stuff isn't inventoried as it's not part of our business' stock.

So you are naming spacers now?
Hard to believe ! Just noticed it on the box today.
Anyone want to make an offer for the lot and clear up some space for me?
