Compared to the other cheap ones that have been for sale recently, that looks like a $1000-1200 car to me, providing there's no significant rust.
If it is rusty, the most likely places to find it are:
Bottom of both windscreens;
Around tail-lights;
Bottom rear corners of door openings;
Sill panels;
Doors (particularly inside bottoms);
Underside front edge of bonnet (probably irrelevant considering the bonnet is bent?).
But a car of that age, that has clearly sat under a tree, rust could be anywhere.
