No, but some of the earlier 740 turbos (e.g 1987) used a separate oil cooler for the auto trans. There should be a few kicking around the wreckers. I grabbed one from a old 740 Turbo to use for a power steering oil cooler in my 142 project.
Turbo 740 for the external trans cooler. However, it was still connected in loop with the radiator for the heat exchanger, like most auto trans cars have.
Ultimately if your after an external cooler for the trans, eBay is your friend.
Grab a 6cyl or v8 size unit and never stress.
Back when I was auto with my 745, I bypassed the in radiator heat exchanger, and ran twin factory spec external coolers.
(from trans into first,then into the second, back into the trans) worked well.
Now that I'm manual, I have two spare.
I'll use one as an engine oil cooler for the 142, and a power steering cooler for the 745
