Hi, does anyone know where I would be able to get one of those adhesive, stick over the current speedo numbers, speedo converter thingy for a 142?
Cheers

If it's a '74 model, you can fit a speedo from a '73 model which is marked with both MPH and KM/H, I think I've got one I can spare.
If it's a '72 or earlier with the strip type speedo, take a look at www.davebarton.com, he might have something. Failing that, you could check out European auction sites for one calibrated in KM/H, as much of mainland Europe used the metric system before the rest of the world.

They'd be NOS if you do find one. A lot of guys on VEGA said it was better to get a metric speedo as it was easier to read at night. Dad had the Volvo issued sticker on his 1970 and it is black text on clear, it doesn't show up all that well.
I made a chart up and stuck it on the glass of @egads 145 when he loaned it to me a while ago.
