Hi all,
My V70T5 has heated seats from a V70R. They've worked fine since I fitted them and were a complete drop-in. The loom for the buttons and elements under the seats were already in the car.
So, I just fitted the seats, the coin tray and the switches and they've worked fine.
They worked on Friday night but haven't worked today - the LEDs on the switches illuminate but neither of the seats get warm.
If it was just one, I'd be chasing a heater element, but it's both.
There's power to the switches on both sides as they both illuminate.
Is there a fuse somewhere? Where?
Thoughts or suggestions?

Check power at seats?
Connectors might have come lose
All fuses are before the switches
Some of the switches did have built in circuit breakers that can go bad (test output of said switches to confirm)
Also the heaters had some sort of temp sensor in them to prevent overheats on some configs
They do go bad and cause this as well

Good advice. I was steering toward a fuse as they both no longer work. Both switches were brand new when fitted (about 9 months ago). Weird.
I'll do some proper investigation/diagnosis and work it out.

Stupid one.. there is some weight on them, and the seatbelts are done up aren't they? The lights will come on even if there isn't the above, but won't heat up.

Yup. Front seats occupied and belts on.

Hot arses on them....

...and, after doing nothing at all, they're working again this morning!
