Re: Overseas copies of wheels... I can't speak for O&D, but I wouldn't know where to begin. You can just enter "Eiker" into a search engine. But I don't know names of other styles... does anyone have suggestions of sites/wheels that suit RWDs?
O&D: Months ago after a long internet search, I contacted a few different businesses. QLD, VIC, NSW (one in SA too I think, with a second branch in VIC). I emailed them photos of my wheels, the number, size, even the composition of the metal - described the work required - balanced if required, soda blast, lip machined, and paint, powdercoat or polished and clear coat. Asked for a quote, if they did this kind of work, and if not could they suggest somewhere that did. Not one bothered to reply. Not even a "get lost mate". If you don't walk in the door, they completely ignore you. I don't know any of them bother advertising online.
So O&D, if you do find someplace, can you please come back and let me know?
If I restore my Virgos instead of buying something else, I've seen some with their lip machined. It starts quite square. But the ones I saw had been smoothed (curved) on a lathe, like the bottom of a 'J'. See here...
