So today I picked up this naughty girl. Came with a soft bed I couldn't resist the deal!

It's the turbo manual one Mark listed about a week ago. Spent a lot of time inspecting almost every bit of detail and decided it was worth buying. Manual should make it easier to do T5 tranny swap too. However there is only room for one Swedish slut in my life and Lisa my Auto 740T must be either:
1. Sold with RWC. Am I too optimistic with 3k?
2. Parted out. Mainly to keep the engine if I blow the other motor down the track
Most cars are never an investment but I don't want to lose too much blood either. Lisa in a nutshell:
The good:
Engine is in excellent condition, 140psi across all cylinders with literally one 1psi deviation. Alex can vouch.
New crankshaft pulley, timing belt, tensioner and seals, new rad hoses, thermostat, water pump, ancillary belts, air filter etc
New windscreen
No engine oil leaks
Drives silky smooth, stock standard. Only 230xxx km
Swapped in good 760 front crossmember
Fixed rear passenger floor pan rust
Plenty more
The bad:
Badly leaking P/S rack. One drop a minute.
Engine wires have typical early model degradation
Paint faded in some areas
Rear right door won't open without jiggling the lock mechanism
Can anyone voice their opinion on what they think would be the most economical route?
Obviously the best choice would have been to just buy a manual 740T in the first place but I was impatient.
Many thanks
