egads The resistance across the diode? Or do I need to give it voltage?
Resistance of the coil connection when you reverse the polarity of the ohm meter.
Pics 1 & 2 show a reading of 2.2, with the ohm meter (+) on the LH side terminal with diode facing the camera.
I wondered if you also get a reading of 66.8 on that relay, if you test the first relay with the ohm meter (+) on the RH side terminal with the diode facing the camera (i.e. with the leads the other way around to pic 2).
IMHO, the relay coil resistances should be about the same as each other. I'm presuming the diode is wired in parallel with the coil, in which case you'll read the coil resistance when the diode is reverse biased. But if the diode is in series with the coil, it should read high resistance / open circuit one way, and have continuity in the other.
