I was on the way to drop my car off in my mum's garage to leave the country for several months today, when half way my clutch went straight to the floor. The rubber hose portion of the clutch line has worn through and burst.
It looks like a long clutch line consisting of metal tube at each end with a rubber hose part for maybe 30 cm or so near the slave cylinder.
Is the only option to buy a complete new clutch line, or has anyone found a way of somehow just replacing the rubber hose section? It's just that it looks like it could be a really tricky removal/install.
Thanks
