Which suspension bushes were replaced, and with which parts ?
Most of the suspension noise will be from the top strut mount assemblies. I went through 2 ebay sets which were clunky or squeaky within days, eventually ordered a set from FCP Euro (USA) (doesn't matter which - they only seem to stock parts which work). Problem solved for the next 150,000km.
How many kms on your car ? The TF-80 transmission has some known "quirks" - particularly on heavy vehicles. Volvo use the lock-up torque converter between gears meaning 1st gear, lock-up, 2nd gear, lock-up etc which hammers the clutch in the torque converter, particularly when towing or city driving. You'll usually feel a shudder at 20km/h/40km/h/60km/h with light throttle - 2nd gear usually being more noticeable.
In addition, Volvo recommended no fluid change - mental decision there for good long life.
Changing the fluid and resetting the adaptation may help, or may make things much worse. Adding Lubegard Instant Shudder Fix changes the friction properties of the fluid - may help. You may "just" need the transmission rebuilt.
(The same transmission is in the Mazda CX-90 and they also have the same problem, by the way)
