Yet another awd lowering thread
This here is my new 1997 V70 AWD turbo. I want to lower it but the only option i know about at the time of writing this is the KW v2 coilovers for v70 awd with nivomat. But it is a little out of my price range. I do not care about the height regulator and i want it gone. Just want a nice lowered look as it now sits just about the height of a truck. Anyone who have experience with lowering the v70 Awd and have any good alternatives or tips? As said mine is equipped with the nivomat or height regulator thingies in the back

Conversion from the rear setup is possible.
I bought nivomat swap parts from USA New as they had S70R AWD with normal dampers.
Look up the parts on FCP EURO that cost me about 800 AUD delivered for rears iirc. Includes all bushes etc.
Fo you have a link to the set you bought?
There is also bc racings awd coil overs that are around 1000 us for a front and back set. Never tried them myself, just know they exist and do work with awd nivo set up.
You can space the lower mount of the rear nivomats and fit regular fwd springs to the front
Nah, many years, sold to Darcy (@irishbastard ) with a black V70R that needed more work then I had in me after too many P80 cars.......
Don't know if he sold them or they went on car.
FCP Euro , look up standard shocks for S70R 1999. It's AWD but they never put Nivo's on them iirc.
Really, it's just the mounts you need , drop in BC Coilovers.
If your pockets are deep lol checks this range out of shocks ect
@AshDVS might be able to help as well he helped me out with suspension questions and parts I needed for my Fwd V70
