One difference is the length of the AMM 6-pin plug wiring. Turbo cars have the AMM on the right, non turbo goes on the left
Good point @ramrod - I forgot about that detail. It may mean the NA harness doesn't have that connection mentioned above. As we know, the 7/9 engine bay wiring harnesses integrate other electrical connections in the engine bay aside from that needed for LH2.4, and are not a separate LH 2.4 harness like in 240s.
Interesting...on my supercharged 240 running LH2.4 with turbo computers, I guess I should check to see if this connection exists...hmmm...I also didn’t disconnect the WOT signal wire from the TPS to the ECU - does it matter if I’m using a turbo ECU?
@carnut222 - From what I read on ipdown, the WOT signal doesn't have any effect on 8V turbos, different story however on factory B204 LH2.4 16V turbos. At one point, I'd planned to PlusTee the 945 NA I had, which @VolDan owns now, and wanted to check the differences between NA and +t (I tend to get a wee bit obsessive with reading stuff, if case you hadn't noticed! lol) If you do have time to check your harness for that connection, please let me know the result.
