I will stand behind Bilstein B4 touring shocks every day. They are great. Can take a car load of people without hard bumps and feeling like a race car and it is soft and smooth, turn in hard when driving hard and it is great through the turns. With the Ipd springs they are even better, I have done Kings springs (standard, lowered and DVS lowered) and love supporting local business though the Ipd springs are just better. I have a set of Kings standard height fronts if you want them. Will probably swap out the Kings DVS fronts and lowered rears in another car soon too so they will come up when next set of Ipd springs arrive.
Regarding the tyre sizes, check the manual in the glovebox for the 'standard' sizes, pretty sure Ramrod has it nailed. Regarding the speedo accuracy, +/- 15 % should be your goal :-) they were never much good. Check with a GPS app on your phone, you may be surprised that the wrong tyres get it closer...
I assume you know the wagons had a smaller rear sway bar to the sedans, 2mm smaller if I recall. They are easy to find and easy to swap. 4 bolts and very dirty hands will see it done.
