Very TurboBricks @Philia_Bear I love the bonnet welded on the front! Looks like a lot of heavy steel. I was wondering whether you could just do a Y-type frame that goes out and is inserted in the sills, with a cross-beam at the front of the "cabin". I like this type concept too, with the whole body/windscreen, but it does look quite front-heavy:

The steel was mostly thinwall, really didn't weigh that much at all
My later versions I switched to using less steel and more wood for weight reasons
It bolted into the seat bolts as they were already reinforced to the body and having cut out the trans tunnel it needed some center strength anyways also to the rear where the trans tunnel ended
Having the center beam weighs less than a y and is stronger and makes it much harder to jacknife
