Ok LH2.2 doesn’t have a crank angle sensor. When it was converted to turbo, was the original “Chrysler” ignition system retained (black box with a vacuum input and electrical connector that originally would have been mounted on a bracket next to the washer fluid bottle, or was it converted to EZK from a 740 turbo? You said EZK in your original post, but just confirming. Hard to see and not sure whether somebody just added a turbo to an existing 88 240 using same FI and ignition system, or whether it was a B230FT swap complete from a 740 turbo.
If no spark, confirm cap and rotor OK, as well as coil and coil lead and plug wires. Check wiring to distributor as it will have a hall effect sensor in it that drives whatever ignition system the car has, so if and wires are bad between ignition computer and distributor, that will result in no spark. Check wire connections at coil. Does the tachometer bounce at all when cranking?
