Hi All love the site avid reader/ follower. I have a 1997 V70 T5 auto I am giving abit of love and want her to go a bit better my questions are (I have done a bit of homework) I already have a few things fitted and awaiting fitting.
Just wanting info from people that have already tried this and the best way to go about it
: Already have snabb intake and RIP kit
: Ipd Billet HD transmission torque mount (nice bit of kit) and upper engine mounts
: High flow airfilter in-stock box
: HD TCV and silicone vac hoses (most all replaced)
:MSD coil and ipd leads
Not yet on S60r Mani and bosh greens and IPD
CBV overhaul kit
My questions are what
Intercooler what's better Do88 or snabb?
If i go Do88 I will get there big pack + Ali rad and all silicone hoses (makes sense 1 shipping cost).
I think DW200 intank pump I am open to options.
Turbo will be 19t I am thinking ARD spool control. Not to sure on kinugawa 19t but this is why I am asking these questions?
A full Turbo back 3 Inch will be made locally seems best option
Ecm I was thinking VAST Tuning I liked their ideas on website also open to others.
I have a 97 2.5 20v V70 for parts ( I hit a kangaroo) is the throttle body bigger like the 850 20v to do manifold and throttle body and 960 butterfly upgrade?
Suspension and brakes will be sourced from vendors on here I have read a few really good reviews on Ozvolvo.
Goal is a fun daily driver not a race car. I like the idea of a Quick Volvo.

Big intercooler from GP Racing on eboy for 200 bux delivered is a ripper.
If you don't want racecar and don't want extra lag stick with 16T but do intake and exhaust mods.
Actually, get hold of a turbo 2.5lt donk and mod that. It shites all over the 2.3.... I've had many of both sizes.....
An MBC does wonders with no other mods!
Massive low down torque compared to 2.3 wheezer .....

Cheers I was never to keen on eBay stuff but I will look into it. I do have a spare running na 2.5 20v I didn't think it would like boost to much compression?

I don't mind spending money on the rite parts and i want it to be reliable. I have had dramas just winding up the boost in the past on another project the pistons weren't to happy lol detonation

I ran a V70T , the so called LPT motor and put a T5 auto TCU in it for better shifts and an MBC , the GP Racing cooler and bigger silicon and alloy tubes ( from GP Racing as well , they're warehouse is a 20 minute drive from me! )
I just turned up the MBC as much as i dared , i used 98 petrol or mix of 70% 98 and 20% E85 for great fun. Put an A/F/R gauge on if you are worried , i didnt care , just wound up the thing for shitsn giggles, what kick in the back it gave. Way better in an auto too,

The NA 2.5 may be too high compression but could be done with the AFR s looked after...

Is it GPI or GP racing GPI seem to have coolers on Ebay? My NA Motor and gbox are just for spares. Possible na can swap and plenum and TB if they are bigger like the 850 NA ones. I haven't measured it yet but I imagine it shouldn't be different. That's why I was asking all the people who have done this before

It should be bigger. I have one off an na 850.
If you change so much you need big green injectors, buy new. And an ecu too.
I have an ARD Green tune here somewhere, never got it into my project, a v70r with na 2.5, all the bits you have.

I will just measure it. I have bosh greens and a S60r exh Mani to fit was waiting on ECU advise ect.
