Andy;90507 wroteYeh Angus I was thinking coolant sensor before but assumed Michael would have checked that one out. It'll most likely be a OBD related setting that hasn't been set correctly. Even if the ECM can't see the evaporator temperature from the HVAC unit via CAN it'll set the fans on as a fail-safe preventative measure. You may as well buy EFI-live or HPtuners depending on what the guy previously used to flash the ECM. It'll come in handy when you get bored of the power after a month ;)
Haha so true.. I never have much faith in anyone tuning a car for one or two hours and calling it done. Playing with management systems in the past it seems like calibration can be a hobby that never ends... there is always something to improve on! This base cal was setup with EFI-live, so will have a think about buying a licence.
