Maybe I'm fussy but this one doesn't have power steering, I once had a 245 without power steering and it was a dog to park for my wife, can't go there again. Also $2500 seems a lot for a base model?

It's a rest free 35 year old car. Base model or top spec means very little vs body condition.

Retrofitting PS is quite easy with most wrecks having all the donor parts you need. Manual rack will even likely make you back the cost of PS parts.

My 242 doesn't have PS and it is surprisingly light. I thought it would be worse. But that's just me not the wife.
As VQ said the body is good and that's about all that matters, you can buy upper spec parts if that is the issue.

I'm sure you can get it down if keen. But that price is good for the market in general for early 240s.
