Was running fine when parked, should go again with fresh fuel.

B21E, M45.

Has King Springs lows, set of four Virgos with good (~70%) 195/60 tyres.
Near new shocks all 'round.
Paint a little daggy, but presents well when polished.
Very straight, minimal rust (only big visible is the usual place inside the wagon rear side windows).
One excellent replacement headlight supplied, Inski has the other side.
Does come with windscreen wiper arms - they're only missing because Ryan is a spastic. L-)

Sold!

If you get in quickly enough, you can also take any/all of my old silver '84 245 as parts.

Hmmm, let me think about that...

No - I could only aspire to meet your level.
Except that I don't aspire to it.
Perhaps you will find it easier to naturally aspire to it?
@spac - what would stop me driving this 1200km?
Lack of rego is the main one.

Some of the dash is pulled apart, and there's some dicking about to be done with a front hub/calipers. Probably a day's work in getting it all back together, and another day in making it pretty (detailling it, basically).

Cause some spastic didn't put on enough turtle wax. Sheesh nate it isn't looking good for you.
Rob, bring car trailer? Then you can take either the 245 or the 142 home... :D
I am bringing the car trailer. :) we will see if i can find something to put on it..
Music to my ears!

Still have this. I've got a bloke who is happy to give me fair money for just the motor, but then I'm worried that it will condemn the rest of the car to scrap.

So... Anyone want the car as offered, or without motor for even less money?

I want it. But only to prevent it being scrapped and you are already doing what i would do with it... trying to find someone who wants it.

EDIT: Wow, that is way more confusing than i had intended. 8-}
Nightshift sleep deprivation huh? Now don't you go operating any heavy machinery , ahh , like a big generator with sparks coming out of it. Will you....
If I didn't already have ... Blah-blah-blah...
How soon would it need to be move @Spac?
Six weeks?
Money is useful, space is useful, but the real thing for me is for someone to step up and promise to love it.
TBH, I haven't let any harm come to it (except for spastics and wiper arms), but nor have I give not the love it deserves.

FWIW, I had a family drive from Melbourne to look at it today. They declined for a number of terribly adult reasons that relate to their own circumstances, but the parting comment was "we were surprised at how good it was for the price - it is far better than we expected. It needs to go to a good home".

Which is my problem entirely.
